Hello,

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor who supports youth, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.

I provide a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Using a client-centred and strengths-based approach, I integrate evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and recreation therapy to help clients build resilience, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change.

Together, we will work toward healing, personal growth, and improved emotional well-being.
