Hello

My name is Rachelle Marcelo (she/her)

MACP (Honours), B.Ed.

I offer a warm, accepting, safe space for you to pause, reflect, and rediscover your capacity for resilience and meaning. I honor each person’s unique story, where all parts of you—your identity, values, background, and culture matter - free from judgment, assumptions, or expectations.

Building a respectful, trusting relationship is central to my approach and essential for
meaningful change. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I am deeply committed to
listening with openness and curiosity. Together, we will create goals tailored to your unique
circumstances, supporting healing and growth as we discover a new path forward.

Drawing on over 20 years of work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, along with my clinical experience, I have developed a deep understanding of how to support clients navigating a range of life’s challenges and mental health concerns.

My practice is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and affirming of LGBTQ+ and
neurodivergent individuals, grounded in a deep respect for each person’s story. I have worked
with adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors, from multicultural backgrounds, immigrant and refugee communities, including those who identify as LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent.

My style is non-directive but structured, focused on helping you better understand yourself,
manage symptoms, and build the tools you need to move forward in ways that feel meaningful
and sustainable.

Regardless of what you are facing, you deserve a space where you feel truly seen, heard,
respected, and understood. I hope that you leave your session feeling genuinely
supported with increased clarity and confidence in taking your next step, equipped with tools
to help navigate life, and empowered to act in ways that align with your true self.
